These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you sign up to receive SMS/text messages from Piqure Aesthetics. By opting in, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms of service.

1. Program Description

Piqure Aesthetics may send SMS/text messages to:

  • Confirm appointments
  • Send appointment reminders
  • Share promotional offers, new services, or event announcements
  • Provide customer service follow-ups

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Piqure Aesthetics at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You certify that you are the account holder or have permission to enroll the number provided.

3. Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP to end all SMS communications
  • HELP to receive customer support information

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your decision.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most U.S. carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

8. Modification of Terms

Piqure Aesthetics may revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are made signifies your acceptance of those changes.

SMS Policy For Marketing

  1. Users will get sms regarding the special offer that they signed up for and future marketing messages via sms and email. They can expect to receive messages like “Hi {name} thank you for signing up for {offer} what works better for your morning or afternoon appointments?
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” “Out” “Unsub” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send “START” , and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to peter@piqurenashville.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages daily after initial sign up for 4 days and marketing messages once a month for monthly specials you may also receive 2/3 messages for appointment reminders . For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
